Mirta Tummino Studio only sources their unique and high quality materials from the best. We make every effort to provide you with best possible shopping experience. Due to the nature of the product all sales are considered final.
Orders placed (excluding holidays) will be processed and shipped within 7-10 business days once credit card authorization and verification have been obtained. Any orders placed after noon CST are not guaranteed to ship out the same day regardless of shipping method selected. All customers will receive a confirmation email with tracking information when the order has shipped. Please note that all pieces from Mirta Tummino Studio are handmade with the highest quality of products. Mirta Tummino Studio works with natural stones, so please expect variations.
All orders are shipped via United Parcel Service (please note that UPS does not ship to P.O. Boxes).
The following shipping methods are in effect during this time:
• Ground (will arrive in 3-5 business days)
• Two-Day (will arrive in 2 business days)
• Overnight (will arrive the following business day)
All shipping charges are non-refundable. No exceptions.
Mirta Tummino Studio designs are custom made and there for considered FINAL SALE and are NOT eligible for return or exchange. Please contact us if you believe there is an issue with your item(s).

By purchasing goods from Mirta Tummino Studio you are entering into a legally binding agreement with our company on the following terms. Please read and understand these terms as they affect your rights and liabilities. Please unpack and inspect your order immediately. Any and all claims must be reported within 5 business days.
ORDERS AND CANCELLATIONS
An agreement for Mirta Tummino Studio to sell goods is made when we accept your order. The description of goods, price and applicable tax are agreed on between purchaser and seller when order is placed. Our charge for transport, packaging, freight and/or insurance will be included in the final invoice upon shipment and is to be borne by purchaser.
Placement of an order is a binding agreement. Once placed, all orders are considered final and may not be changed or cancelled.
Our goal is to provide high quality goods and products. Accordingly, we warrant the goods will meet their specification and will be free from defects in materials and workmanship at the time of delivery.
